iDepot Mall does not publicly share information relating to their owners or operators on general pages on their site.
What we found rather interesting would be how iDepot Mall shares 191 E. Broadway, Jackson, WY as their physical address yet when you search that address in a Google search it comes up as a non-existent location.
To further add to this mystery, iDepot Mall asserts that consumers can reach out to them at (307) 200-6971 or through email at info@idepotmall.com, yet consumers have reported that those contact methods do not work.

iDepotMall was a privately registered domain that was created on January 15th, 2018 through the Google Inc registrar.
As research will suggest, iDepot Mall is not a popular online retailer and reflects rather poor web rankings.

Like so many others, i too fell for this. Looking for a game for our son that has recently been inflated in price over 250% on amazon, my wife found it on Idepot for the REG. price. Actually cheaper at only $14.99. Went to check out as stated by everyone else, the price changed to $24.99. I was a fine with a $10 increase as it still beats $60.00 off amazon. Same as everyone elses reviews, my Christmas credit card was declined, chalked it up to the wife maxing it out, tried my personal card and same thing. I am not going to attempt calling or emailing due to some of the reviews seems like that is futile.
I saw that they were a sponsored ad on target, that was why I looked in the first place. I was looking for a specific toy for my kid that’s overpriced and constantly selling out everywhere, and I was shocked they had all of the variations of the doll series and for cheaper than anyone else. But looking at the website everything seemed vague, I couldn’t find shipping rates or an about page that explains how they’re able to sell in demand items for below the average price. So I googled and found this article, thank you for saving me from having to cancel any cards!
I fell for it too! I saw the low price for iRobot Roomba $380 cheaper. I pondered it for a bit thinking it’s too good to be true but I whipped out my cc. It denied the 1st one. ( I thought maybe it was maxed because the payment comes out on the 7th) sooo I whipped out the 2nd one that I knew was good. It was denied twice! So then I searched depot and found this site. I paniced and call my cc companies. No charges came through. I will keep checking though. I know better…but it’s Christmas and I too let my guard down. Thanks for the review!
One other thought. The site was over eager to have you ‘like’ them on Facebook, enticing you to do so in order to get their discount. I did this as well and am wondering if this somehow allows them to hack into your Facebook information.
Very similar experience to others above. I am usually very careful but had my guard down because all the workings and appearance of the site seemed completely legitimate. Also, an item I wanted badly was much cheaper (which should have been a red flag) so I was focused and excited on getting it for that price.. I worked so hard to put my order together that I had blinders on to just get it done. I’m embarrassed to say when it denied my cc, I entered another then another. I then called the phone number, which said it was not in service then it hit me and I googled and came upon this site. Shame on me, I learned a lesson. Bigger shame on Google for giving these scammers a platform to be shown along side legitimate vendors

If you still want to take a risk of making purchase, pay attention to the price. I think this is scam.
Definitely a scam website. They change prices (inflate prices) during the check out process, so if you do not review your cart prior to completing your order, you will end up paying the inflated price. E.g. on 12/1/2018 the Virgin Mobile – LG Stylo 4 – Black is advertised on their website at $119.99, at check out it comes up $199.98.

Call your credit card company immediately and tell them your circumstances. Then go online and file a dispute with your credit card company so they have it in writing that you will refuse to pay any charges from iDepot.
I knew something was odd when it would not accept my GOOD credit cards when ordering! I tried calling bogus phone # and also wrote customer support email to no answers. Reading the above comment I will check my bank accts to make sure nothing went through!!! I was looking forward to getting what I ordered cheaper than other places but it also said “no tax or shipping fees” which I had never seen. Always watch your back I suppose! Thanks for the information. I was going to order the Fitbit charge 3 advertised for sale at $89.97. I emailed them regarding details yesterday. Still no response from them today. I also tried calling 3072006971 and it appears to be fake or something because the call will not go through. One last thing, the price on the Fitbit is still showing $89.97 on Google but when you click on it the price jumps up to $149.95. I knew this price seemed too good to be true and apparentally it is. Will not do busines with this place. Thanks for sharing everyone.
I guess I am one of the lucky ones….I input my information two weeks ago, but they didn’t charge my account. I am contacting my bank to reject any charges from them, if they do come through. I should have done my research better!
Obviously iDepotMall is absolutely fake, but Google is at fault for allowing them into their shopping search. Until Google cares enough to block them, some guy in Lithuania is ripping people off at an increasing rate. Google price comparison shows popular items less than half off what anybody else sells for. $219 for a new popular model TV that can’t be found anywhere under $549? I wish I could take a trip to Lithuania and “chat” with Mr. Plioplys.

I tried to make a purchase and it rejected two credit cards. When I tried to call the CS number, it said it was disconnected. I just called the credit card companies to alert them about suspicious charges.
A shady place indeed, it’s strange how the those site are advertise without being legitimized by Google.
A true scam, shame you can’t jump through the telephone or web and grab them around the neck, I have a complaint in with Better Business Bureau but being there are in Lithuania not much chance of any justice
