Credit Sesame Scam

Credit Sesame is a web-based platform that renders valuable services yet fails to put their customers needs first. Operating strictly as a minimal interacting service provider, Credit Sesame does not disclose any telephone numbers on their site and only leaves users with feedback@creditsesame.com has their main method of communication.

It isn’t until a consumer searches their corporate entity, Credit Sesame, Inc, that they encounter the telephone number (800) 422-8579 at their Better Business Bureau profile but then again the confrontation with their numerous customer complaints and negative consumer reviews is not settling either.

To further add to the questionable ethics of Credit Sesame, ConsumerAffairs reflects widespread consumer reports from users claiming horrible customer service, excessive spam emails with inability to unsubscribe and negatively affected credit scores from usage which isn’t supposed to happen due to Credit Sesame conducting “soft inquiries.”

According to SimilarWeb, CreditSesame.com had a global rank of 8,663 with a US rank of 1,506. Supporting over 8 million monthly visitors and ranked 365 in the finance niche, Credit Sesame’s appears to be a popular domain while 95.91% of their traffic is US based as of March 4th, 2018.

Perhaps if you can tolerate the excessive emails that are sent daily to your inbox with unsolicited credit offers then Credit Sesame may be a suitable platform for you. While the site reflects a large number of negative and unprofessional reviews, this can be expected from only a web-based platform of their magnitude. Utilize at your own risk.
