I purchased a pair of shoes with this company several–about 4 weeks ago. Once I received my order it was clear that the size of the shoes I had ordered were considerably too small–possibly two sizes too small. I wear a size 14 regular. The size was not indicated on the shoe, so I have no way of verifying the size I had received. The seller was not interested in allowing me to return the product. To be honest, I have no idea where this company is located, nor can they be reached by phone. I should have read reviews about this company before buying. What a scam!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I made the mistake of buying shoes and trying to return them has sent me into a black hole. The shoes are CHEAP, poorly constructed, just pure JUNK. I have also ordered some shoes on the 25th of September and paid £38 for what looked a bargain, today is the 26th of October and they still haven’t arrived, I ordered them when using an app called Wordscapes, great word game with adverts after you finish a game, one of which is Kaaum, I hope Wordscapes take this up with there company, it’s a rip off and they are unknowingly helping them, I’ve sent email after email to Kaaum with no success!!
I ORDERED 3 PAIR OF SHOE’S FOR MY HUSBAND ON MAY 26TH. THE SHOE’S HAVE NOT ARRIVED NOT DO I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR THEM. THEY DO HOWEVER HAVE OVER $130.00 OF MY MONEY.
IN THE MEANTIME MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN EXCITED ABOUT HIS NEW SHOES ARRIVING EVERY DAY
