Omega XL Ingredients
Omega XL has the following three main active ingredients: Perna Canaliculus PCS0-524 Patented Oil Extract, Monounsaturated Olive Oil and Vitamin E.
What does Perna Canaliculus PCS0-524 Patented Oil Extract do?
Perna Canaliculuus PCS0-524 Patented Oil Extract is an extracted non-polar lipid from the New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel. It has been noted that New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel contains a more rich supply of fatty acids than common fish oils and as a result could serve as a more effective anti-inflammatory agent.
What does Monounsaturated Olive Oil do?
Considered by many as a natural anti-inflammatory, Monounsaturated Olive Oil has been compared to Ibuprofen and Aspirin for its inflammation and pain relieving properties such as oleocanthal. Supposedly supplementing with this form of olive oil can reduce arthritis and joint pain.
What is Vitamin E?
A fat-soluble nutrient that is used as an antioxidant in the body to help protect cells from the damage caused by free radicals. (Free radicals are compounds formed as a byproduct of when our bodies convert food into energy).
Outside from those disclosed ingredients, OmegaXL.com does not disclose any additional ingredients let alone dosages.

Omega XL Review Conclusion
OmegaXL relies heavily upon celebrity endorsements to build legitimacy for their omega-3 joint health supplement.
Failing to be approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), OmegaXL falls into the criteria of most supplemental goods that become publicly available without FDA approval.
While all the signs go on to suggest that Omega XL is a legitimate supplement, you must ultimately decide for yourself whether or not this supplement is worth the high price points they reflect.
As always, consult a physician prior to supplementing as part of your regime.
Verdict: Omega XL should be supplemented at your OWN risk!

I have chronic back pain, and have used ibuprophen for years…it works.
I saw the commercial on tv, and decided to try it. I did what was suggested, “gave it time…gave it a chance”.
14 months and over $1,000 later…it doesn’t work. I called to cancel my account, and the rep was like a used car salesman, trying to make deal after deal to keep me as a customer. For me…in the end, I can sum this product up in 2 words;
Snake oil.
How many pills a day were you taking?
I have Sjogren’s and with that comes generalized joint inflammation. My Rheumatologist has put me on several different medications with no relief. Steroids have been the only thing that worked. Omega XL drastically improved my symptoms and I have been able to get off steroids. I would recommend giving it a try.
I Ralph Williams has went through about 6 bottles of Omega XL for joints and information with no results. I guess everything isn’t for everyone.
