I am a current ViaSat customer and they emailed me saying I owe ViaSat over $600.00! I have requested a copy of the information via the same email they sent the collection notice to.
Keeps calling me using a Local number, which is deceptive practices alone, asking for my Ex Husband from 20 Years ago!
They have called at 5 AM and at 11:45 PM! FRAUDULENT COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!
These people have been calling me every single day under a Boston college phone number I went to give my information on my checking account after she said it was a secured line and I heard people laughing in the background I hung up she called back I told her that I was going to Google to the company and I did and I told her about the laughing. She said nothing I told her to give me the account information and that I would call direct solutions directly I’ve never received a bill from them just phone calls 3 for yesterday on a Sunday with six times a day until I get a bill in the mail I’m not paying anyting

There is something wrong with this process.
If I am late with an existing bill, they NEVER require my ss#.
