(So basically, they’re BOTH crappy companies.) These a**holes took a whopping $70 out of my hard earned money for no reason, that was supposed to be intended for my retirement (NOT their pockets!!) RIP OFF!!! Thieves!!”

A hard company to deal with. Communication is non existent and the website never works properly, spits out your information and you start all over. Be online for 2 hours and still don’t have my problem solved.

While my experience is NOT starting off well. Today I’m already considering leaving this company. Customer service certainly is not a strong asset for them. Waiting on a call now from a manager.

Will see what the next experience brings!

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Millenium thieves. They take your retirement funds,, without ever getting your consent… They charge you fees when you never agreed to hire them. But the biggest problem is they try very hard not to EVER give you your retirement.
