About POP Fit “Scam”

POP Fit Clothing was founded out of an LA apartment by Ashley ‘Gia’ Schendel in 2015.

As a woman over 6 feet tall, Gia understood the importance and desire of being comfortable while on the go and given her stature, naturally, had a difficult time finding clothing that satisfied her needs.

As a result, POP Fit Clothing materialized into creation as a lifestyle brand where leggings aren’t just seen as pants but something better and more substantial.

Providing comfortably living without worry and restraint, POP Fit leggings aren’t just functional (deep, none see-through durable pockets) but also fashionable coming in various colors and patterns with thoughtful style lines.

Legging sizes range from XXS to 4XL while tops, underwear, and drawstring bags have been implemented into the POP Fit Clothing culture.

Leggings vary between $37.50 to $48.50 while product navigation is simplified through size, color and style filtering options.

Eyeris Morgan – “Being in between sizes makes it harder for me to find bottoms that fit my waist and hips for accentuation and comfort. POP Fit takes that into mind with their transparent sizing page featuring beautiful women from all walks and temples of life and it is so awesome to witness!”

Lora- “I love this brand! I was a little weary because of all of the advertising and the fact that they were giving them away (plus S&H). But I was pleasantly surprised! They are cute, comfortable, squat proof, and husband approved. The best thing that I didn’t know I was missing is the pockets! Pockets on leggings is a glorious thing! I don’t have to wear a hoodie to pack my phone, headphones, keys, etc. when I go to the gym…they also come in handy when your toddler goes places and you need to bring snacks! I highly recommend them! The fabric is of good quality and they seem like they will last a long time!”

Linda Williams – “I ordered my free leggings and paid the $13 shipping cost. (A bit high for shipping if you ask me, but for free stuff it’s a good deal.) My leggings never arrived though. I contacted the company about it and they told me I must have put my address in wrong. I verified it and saw I had in fact given them my correct address and told them that. They told me I could pay the shipping again, but they would not do anything about it. I contacted the shipping company who told me that according to their records my package had been returned to them because of an error with the shipping label pop fit provided. I told the company that, and they again, more rudely than previous interactions, told me they would not be doing anything. Very disappointed.”

Poohnana – “At first I was skeptical but I loved the variety of the clothing. Working out my body type always struggle with always having to pull up my pants. But these tights fit amazing and I can stretch, squat, and run witshout them moving down. I love that they have pockets and”

JoEllen Mathis – “Best leggings I have tried. Inline ordering makes me nervous, but this was the best purchase I have made. Comfortable, flattering fit, no see-through stretching, controls the tummy well, and doesn’t roll down when working out. By far my favorite purchase! Looking forward to purchasing more.”

Cheek boss is definitely a scam! They say lost shipping items are not their fault and want payment for new shipping ($10 for a tiny package, also a scam).
They then say they will reship for free if I withdraw my dispute with credit card, then say the dispute was not withdrawn, which it was. Scam, scam, scam!

  2. Sam

It is a scam and so is a the new company created by the owner of this one, Cheek Boss. They sell you a product you never actually receive and then refuse to issue a refund. Legit companies want to take care of their customers and keep them happy, not make up excuses.
