According to the Better Business Bureau, WorldVentures Marketing, LLC was incorporated on April 10th, 2005 and is headquartered from the following address 5100 Tennyson Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024-3524.

Reflecting a C+ ranking with the BBB, WorldVentures Marketing, LLC has amassed 290 complaints over the past few years while receiving a couple of advisory warnings from the Better Business Bureau.

How does World Ventures Work?

Consumers who encounter World Ventures and are interested in pursuing their program must register as an independent representative in order to affiliate World Venture travel packages and vacation services.

Unlike other competing organizations operating within the same niche as World Ventures, World Ventures function as a MLM company that puts far more emphasis on their recruitment process than the actual selling of travel package and vacation services.

“According to the business’s 2016 Annual Income Disclosure Statement, 79.95% of WorldVentures’ independent representatives did not earn a commission or override between January 2016 and December 2016. Of the 20.05% of independent representatives that did earn a commission or override, the median earned was $200.”

Based out of the county of Los Angeles, the gist of the case would be that the Plaintiff Melody Yiru was under the impression that she would make a fortune with World Ventures yet she did not make the volume of money as promised.

According to the case file, “99.7% of WorldVenture representatives average net losses of over $1,000 per year and gross revenues of $140.00. No persons, except directors and secretly placed individuals into the “representative” tiers of the company, many any money.”
