They deal heavily in “hard money” financing. Read your agreements before you sign, make your payments on time, and move on when you have accomplished your goals. There is nothing hidden or fraudulent in the way they do business. If you don’t like their terms, don’t sign the contract. It’s that easy.
This loan is in my Ex’s name. She stopped paying on it. I had retained the house and have been paying on it for six years until the loan servicer was changed. I’m willing to keep paying on it to keep the home.

They are right now charging a senior widow whose home they stole from her with no debts owed on it and it was free of trust until they came along evicted her sold her home to themselves and made her homeless next week in north court she goes to trial for criminal tresspass on her own property when she went to feed her cat that had gotten scared and took off but then returned

How disgustingly greedy can humans be these days! They have done the same to close friends of mine and they work with many other scam lenders and brokers. CA TD Specialists, Teri Snyder and Patricio Ince are heavily involved in their unethical actions which led them to successfully process the wrongful foreclosure and steal there home. They’re definitely not gonna get away with this! Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from them!!!!!

My family has also gone through a wrongful foreclosure and the names you mentioned including FCI and CA TD Spec. were heavily involved in the fraudulent finalization of the foreclosure sale. Our family members were also evicted after owning their property for almost 20years to scam loan originators who stole the funds and the property.
